These fused glass pendants are unique collectable pieces of glass with original designs. They are formed using the traditional art of fusing sections of glass together under intense heat.

Each pendant has around five layers of glass which have been heated in a kiln at
approximately 900ºC until they fuse together. The glass is carefully annealed to give it strength.
Dichroic glass transmits and reflects different wavelengths of light giving a glittering effect. I use a freehand engraving technique to add designs and patterns to this surface before fusing it into one of the layers of a pendant.

Each pendant has a horizontal hole running through it and comes on an 18" sterling silver curb chain, in a presentation box and with an information card about the glass.
