HOW TO ORDER
I currently do not have any items available to order online. If you are interested in any of the items shown, please contact me by email and I will be happy to help.
Use the ADD TO BASKET buttons and follow the on screen instructions to pay with paypal.
All postage and packaging is completely free within the UK.
All pendants are complete with a sterling silver chain, and all jewellery comes gift boxed. With each piece of glass I include an information card about how the pendant is made.
As all these pieces are unique please do not place orders for multiples. If you require more than one of an item contact me for information on commissions.
POSTAGE AND PACKING
Postage and packing is completely free!
I attempt to dispatch items as
quickly as possible, and most are delivered within 3 days but please allow up to 10 days for delivery.
Whenever possible I use special delivery, so that your jewellery is insured in transit, please ensure that someone is available to sign for your parcal when it arrives.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
I am always happy to give a full refund when the order I have sent is faulty,
provided it is returned promptly and in good condition.
If you are unhappy for any reason please contact me as most items can be exchanged
provided you are willing to cover postage costs.
I do not, however, accept any returns on earrings for hygiene reasons.
If you have any problems or questions please contact me in the first instance.
PAYMENT BY CHEQUE

I will then email you my postal address to which you can send payment by cheque.
Once your cheque has cleared I will dispatch your order.

I can only accept international orders by paypal.
